I have a flat which I rent out, sleeps 6 people, accepts 2 well behaved dogs, link below. All towels, linen etc are provided so you just need to take yourselves, dogs and food.

If you book and mention this forum I'll give 10% of the rent to either Greyhound Gap or Lurcher Link. Thanks for looking.

My mum and dad bought it over 40 years ago. Mum left it to me when she died. I decided to rewire, redecorate, put in new windows, new carpets, beds etc and now rent it out. Only went on the market for rent last May and managed to get over 20 weeks rental, so it's paying its way which is what I want really. Anything over and above that is a bonus. Saying that someone rang at the weekend and wanted it for the next 3 weeks - well chuffed!
